Dakota doesnt get back to people at all. Shes super unprofessional. Her phone answering machine is full. And she doesnt reply back to her emails. Poor customer service.

My favourite spot to shop local! The store has a great selection of products to make this a perfect one stop shop. The owner has done such a great job with both locations. Highly recommend (also grab one of her candles if you haven't already) amazing.

I have been to both of this shop's locations and I am so impressed each time. The owner is a mother and somehow manages to put her entire heart into both businesses. The staff she selected are wonderful and so helpful. There is so much to see that you have to plan several visits to ensure you're seeing everything! I'm sure that if anyone isn't selling well in a well stocked, busy store like this, it's due to their items not standing out or meshing well with the store. Surely if the store wasn't run well, there wouldn't be shelves overflowing with beautiful items. If you check out anything first, let it be the soy candles with to die for scents, that are priced incredibly for their value. I applaud the owner for her work ethic, drive and smarts.

Too much overlap on stockists and bad communication. They've finally started promoting people so I'm glad they've learned grom some constructive comments.
