My partner and I popped in here as we were exploring the Ottawa Street shops! Although we didn't buy anything (we are moving to Hamilton Feb 1st, so the whole first and last month's rent and moving costs, our budget was a bit tight!) The owners Marian and John were lovely! They gave us the low down in Hamilton, told us about some really cool Music and performing opertunities through the BIA and have these amazing shape wear bras that I will definitely be back for once we are all settled in! John, Marian and just in general the people of Hamilton are so nice and friendly, doesn't matter what walk of life you are from!

The prices are insane for low quality products. The person at the register is very slow. The only good thing about this shop is how clean it is.

It's sad that I work for the food bank and I come to deliver food and I get harassed because she does not want me to stop at the end of the parking lot to unload the food which takes maybe 5 minutes if that. Note, this is the parking at the back of the building. Honestly I have yet to meet such rude and arrogant woman as the owner of the boutique who apparently owns the building. The husband was fine but today I guess he was taking her side it's so sad when people just don't understand when someone is helping someone in need. Now you're fabricating stories & lies. NO-ONE ever had problems entering NO ELDERLY or young lady ever came in. Other than your husband the only other person that ever came in was from Kerry's party store and they were wonderful and had no problem with my being stopped at the edge as I've been doing for months. Again very unprofessional to lie or fabricate stories. You took out your phone and started to videotape your husband who has common sense even told you not to do that but of course you being a Karen you have to do it. Only karen's react the way you did and it's so sad. By the way, That lot is not used by customers
