Parkview Terrace

Please read this, the management of this place are legitimately terrible and rude. I live here and have underground parking and they redid floors three years ago but ran out of money and just never completed it. The building is not accessible at all for handicapped people as walk way patio stones have been removed and replaced with gravel. I personally have submitted multiple forms requesting the basement be repaired, walk ways repaired, as well as other issues. My family and I have been targeted since then by management for anything they can think of. Recycling bag in my front vestibule for ten mintues before I bring it out, gets me a yellow form on my door, while neighbors have their recycling bins outright in the same spot and nothing is said to them. Friends of mine children drew with chalk out in front of their unit and were told to remove the vandalism or they would be fined for the damages. The building has had people break in and steal peoples personal belongings from the secure bike area, as well as many, many packages being stolen. The building has roaches and required several sprays in some units, not to mention the fact that cars will speed by the building at all hours of the night and rev their engines. Literally last week a motorcyclist was thrown from his bike while racing down the street. I regret ever buying a condo here and you should seriously think other wise if you are considering it, effort trust who owns the building are slumlord rent seeking degenerates who fix nothing and raise rates as much as legally possible
