        USELESS. Absolutely useless. ZERO customer service skills. Didn't even ACT like my business mattered. Must have been a relative of the owner behind the desk with an attitude like the dude who "served" me. NOT at all helpful in fact, made it a point to make clear he could not help me. Not because he didn't have what I wanted in stock - but could not offer me any advise on the wire I needed because he was not an electrician. Further saying even if he was, he could not advise me on anything. Seriously? I had told him the gauge (0 or 1/0) I needed and showed him the connectors I was planning on using. He then asked what kind of wire. I told him the eventual use of the wire and suggested that he worked at an ELECTRIC SUPPLY STORE he could recommend a wire for my use. That was when the deadpan response came. I then said, "coated" and he tapped on his computer and said he didn't have any. That was it. If you are just an everyday kinda guy like me and you're doing a project and are thinking electric, think of going somewhere other than Electromart for your needs.
