It is a shame they are closing their doors next Saturday (June 11th). They should have at least announced it when they decided to start shutting down so others would have a chance to use up their gift cards before shutting the doors.

I have called a couple of times to try to receive services the first time was in person when I physically went in to ask for a cut and style and asked who by? I said I didnt care she went out of the room came back and said Im sorry we dont have any openings right now. Angered I walked out. Fast forward to today calendar asked if I could get an appointment for a cut for Saturday asked me with whom? And I replied it didnt matter she placed me on hold came back and promptly stated no there is no availability and without even asking states and there no opening tomorrow either meaning Friday which I didnt even ask about. There was no trying to see if another time suitable or anything for that Matter and said goodbye that is poor services

As a customer of Mercedes from many years ago I was thrilled to visit Mercedes Spa today. I moved back to the area and knew this was the place to go for excellent esthetics. I had a customized facial including a glycolic peel followed by a pedicure. Mercedes is quite frankly a legend in the Hamilton area. There is no facial like a Mercedes facial! I especially appreciate how clean and smooth my skin looks and feels after the pore extractions and high frequency. The massage is always something to look forward to as well. My pedicure was done by the very delightful Sonya as we bantered about our travel adventures. Mercedes Spa and Salon is an institution so if you are in need of some TLC for your mind, body and soul..this is the place.
