I am absolutely devastated by what was done to me by this salon. I dont usually share negative reviews but I am appalled by how I was treated by this salon and by the haircut I received. I went to this salon to get my hair cleaned up after it had grown out for quite a while. The stylist put a considerable amount of product into my hair to hide that they had really messed up. Because of this I had no idea until I got home just how bad the haircut was. I called the salon and asked if they would bring me back in to fix it. I went back in and somehow what was done to fix it was way worse than what they were fixing. The second stylist fixing my hair was rude with me. When I noticed random bits of hair sticking up in places they shouldnt be I pointed it out and politely asked if we could address it and each time the stylist huffed and said some variation of I was just about to fix that if youd wait. Unfortunately by the time the second stylist finished with my hair it was so short that it couldnt be rectified so I simply thanked her for her time and left with the intention of calling to speak to the salon owner/manager at a later time. I called and spoke to the assistant manager who was quite short with me and not at all compassionate. She told me shed have to ask the district manager and claimed neither her nor the salons manger were capable of issuing a refund or doing anything to help me. Today I received a message from the assistant manager who told me that Id received the requested service and so they wouldnt do anything for me. She was also very careful to not apologize for what was done to me and instead gave a very condescending sorry youre not happy. I am devastated by how horrible my hair looks and wish it were winter so I could hide my hair under a hat until it grows back out. The owner responded to my review asking me to reach out through the contact form of the website so she could help me. I did that and never received a response. It looks like its just the go-to copy and paste response the salon uses for negative reviews to make it look like theyre going to rectify things.

really disappointed with the haircut i got here. i showed a picture of the hairstyle i always get and said i wanted long layers, my curtain bangs trimmed, and to cut off about 2 inches of my hair. she cut my hair (that was pretty long) up to my shoulders and my hair is extremely choppy and noticeably uneven. it looks really bad and is hard to hide. for the $98 i paid i was expecting a better experience and a better haircut.

Best experience Ive ever had. The sinks at the table are genius. Absolutely recommend to anyone that hates getting up to wash your hair and constantly moving seats at your appointment goes. Huge shoutout to Kayla for fixing my mess of a hair colour. Im obsessed. :)
