My first appointment at Profilo. Everyone was so welcoming. I was a little nervous trying a new salon but Tony gave me the haircut I wanted and now I have a great new salon in Hamilton!

Extremely talented and friendly people in a great atmosphere! Dudes out there I highly recommend Anthony. He's cut my hair for over 10 years and I've never not been impressed. Very talented guy and down to earth as well. 5/5. Unfortunate this place isn't 5 stars from two poor reviews almost a decade ago. Haven't seen the stylist they've talked about in my entire time there. Service: Hairstyling

Exceptional experience right from booking my appointment! Excellent customer service.. excellent experience with all the staff! Friendly and knowledgeable in products and really took time to explain how and what to use!! Expert craftsmanship welcoming and warm..amazing hair skills..the owner was a true artist who really knows how to cut and style hair.
