Make sure you have an appointment! The LifeLabs Queenston location runs with brisk efficiency, and I was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time. Despite this, the waiting area was packed like sardines; I was told it was more than 50% walk-ins. Some people complained about waiting over 90 minutes. The front desk people were fine. The nurse who performed the important bits was as professional as I could hope for, though understandably harried given the circumstances. Parking - The building has sufficient free parking.

Don't bother booking an appointment was 15 mins early waited in line the whole time in, appointment was at 250, finally checked in late.. then continued to wait an additional 30 minutes in waiting room, just to wait in a cubicle for another 15. They Made me feel like it was my fault, when clearly they didn't have the Staff to check in patients. So I guess my point is booking an appointment at this place is the same as a walk in! Glad I made an appointment when I could have walked in and been here the same time.. and get the same rude attitude. I'd give zero stars if I could. I won't be back to this life lab's. Unorganized and rude staff.. I'll go else where.

Absolute worst place to have to visit. You would be better off letting a 15th century preist perform a bloodletting on you. Bruises "R" Us they should be called. They closed early two days in a row , but the notice on the door didn't indicate that, they put a new notice each day, not one clearly stating that it would be TWO days ..incompetence to the 10th degree.
