LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services

I went to Lifelabs for the first time today. I went around 230pm. The staff greeted me when I went in and was super friendly. There was barely a wait. My technician was very kind and it only took her two tries to get blood! I usually have a really hard time and many people need to come in and try and sometimes they arent able to get enough blood. Staff were friendly on the way out as well. I will continue going to lifelabs instead of Dynacare where I usually go.

Dont bother making an appointment. Waiting an hour after my appointment time.

They chill the disgusting glucose drinks so it's manageable to chug! Really friendly staff.

Staff was helpful and efficient. Due to capacity restrictions you may have to wait outside, so be prepared for that. However I rather wait outside for good service.

The staff are so kind and efficient. My wait time was predicted to be 30 mins but I only had to wait 5. I told them I was anxious and Kilby went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Such a great experience!!!
