ZERO STARS How this company became involved with us is really strange seeing all the similar complaints here. Extremely dishonest, refuses to speak to you personally & always hide behind emails. When they do decide to response they are miserable, dishonest & if there is a dispute instead of resolving it amicably they will make false claims of 'harassment'. Tell me how a 70 year old woman who can barely walk is 'harassing' people. The level of bigotry & sexism I've received in the short time I have has been dealing with company is disgusting.

One of the worst property managements I have ever dealt with. They are just behind the condo fees. If you wanted anything to be fixed or any other support related to your services that they provided in your place, you would be ignored and blamed! I requested my door to be replaced, and it was replaced after 8 months by unprofessional team! In addition, aggressive tone in their corresponding with lake of professionalizm!

I previously withheld an honest review as I was unfortunately still depending on them to "manage" my property. But they have since fired themselves - hallelujah! PMG was a horrible property management company with a high turnover rate of property managers. Each property manager would use the previous manager as a scapegoat for why things were incomplete: tarion warranties, taking direction from the board, various deliverables per CAO requirements, etc...incomplete! For two years, Fernanda proposed board meeting dates, we accepted, then she would ghost us, rinse and repeat. AGMs were not set up or followed through. She was replaced with Sandeep who was completely clueless. We escalated to Dan Webb, who continued the devil's work: gaslighting, patronizing, condescending, but not doing any follow through on board direction. It was so bizarre. They were paid to provide a service, but God forbid if we asked them to perform the service, they would treat us like garbage. I highly recommend any prospective clients to save yourself the money, the headache, the poor treatment and find a property management firm that actually manages properties with the added bonus of treating their clients with respect. Original Review: Unprofessional, poor communication, poor value.
