        We are Currently Renting a place in Kitchener at 232 Louisa Street. This management company doesn't care about their tenants, our water is Brown and the city has made an order for them to fix it which they have ignored. We have no heat in the entire apartment building and they are doing nothing to fix it. This management company should be shut down. Roxanne the owner is a slum lord.. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.
