Dont waste your time. The place is a cockroach city . I enquired about this before I signed the lease, the landlord lied and said there were no such issues. There is no privacy given to the tenants from the landlords. This is a non-smoking building but your apartment will smell like cigarettes because of the people smoking in their apartment - smell traveling through the vents, in front of the entrance and sometimes when you walk down the hallway you smell it from the apartments. If you are going to check out the place dont forget to ask about their loud karaoke music nights that the landlord does, that will keep the entire building awake beyond midnight.

~No Stars~ 655 Mohawk Rd. East Hamilton, ON Skyview Hawk Apartments. I was initially not going to write this review, but I believe through much thought it needs to be on here. This apartment/company should not get away with what has happened here. We lived here several years in the past. We were great tenants that had to put up with a lot! The units have mould, when addressing this matter a hand full within a two year span numerous times nothing would get done. Not compensated for the mould from Skyview Hawk. The building is infested with cockroaches (they hid the roach problem, trying to label it as inspection notices) We had to leave quickly because of this problem, and we were not compensated for the roach problem. Fleas have been a problem at this location as well. An ongoing ant problem as well. Continuously hounded on filling out personal information, very invasive landlords that have no concept of privacy, very over the top. If you ever addressed any of these concerns the landlords did a good job a making it seem everything was your fault to get out having to actually do anything about it. Do yourself a favour and avoid living at this location. It was a terrible nightmare you couldnt wake up from.

Its clean and nice building. Problem with dogs, people goes to work and leave their dogs crying starting 5AM! My kids wake up because the dogs are howling. Even in weekends this causes us to wake up early!

Stayed here for a year just cause I signed the lease. The place is infested with cockroaches and I mean a lot. This should not even be a last option.
