I was diagnosed with a serious lung disease in January 2018 after battling double pneumonia for 3 months. As a fitness professional this news was devastating. We were not satisfied with the prognosis from the local specialist and travelled to the Cleveland clinic in Ohio for a second opinion on treatment. I was put on large doses of prednisone and several other meds for months. This did improve the inflammation in my lungs but I was still coughing and experiencing shortness of breath. The meds had horrific side effects. I asked Dr. Andrew Hubbard for his help. He was incredible. He put me on several naturopathic supplements and on an elimination diet. We discovered that a gluten and dairy free diet greatly improved my symptoms as well as restored my general well-being. I am not taking any meds now and down to only one supplement.Miraculously I am now teaching spinning and personal training again. With great thanks to Dr. Hubbard, I have my life back.
