YORK REGION NATUROPATHIC DOULAS

Dr. Jessica was my doula last year when I had my twins and I honestly cannot say more wonderful things about my experience with her. I knew right when I got pregnant I wanted a doula and it was a bonus that Jessica was also a Naturopathic doctor. She is a wealth of knowledge and was there to help me make decisions when I was unsure, she supported me both emotionally and physically and made the whole birthing experience easier on both myself and my partner. She wasnt allowed in the OR when I delivered due to Covid, but she was right there on FaceTime coaching me through. I dont know what I would have done without her!!

I had the pleasure of having Dr. Jessica DuPont as my doula. Being a first time mom and pregnant after a miscarriage came with many questions and anxieties. I don't even know where to begin. I first started my journey with Dr. Jessica in June 2020, in about 3 months my life had changed, and I was pregnant!! I knew immediately I wanted Dr. Jessica to be my doula as well. Her knowledge, advice, mental, and emotional support were astounding. She was always available when I had a questions or a concern, and responded promptly. Even through the craziness of this pandemic, she was able to help me stay focused and calm. Her help over the phone (emotionally and mentally) helped me navigate my birth. I cannot stress how wonderful it was to have her "by my side". Her visits postpartum were also so, so needed and welcomed. I will definitely be working with her again for hopefully baby #2! THANK YOUUUU!

My journey started with Dr. Jessica a few years ago when I had slight concerns about my health, but ultimately wanted to get pregnant. Dr. Jessica helped support me through the entire process, and my husband and I just gave birth to a beautiful healthy baby. We developed a plan, and it didnt matter how many questions I had along the way, Dr. Jessica responded quickly and was always informative. I looked forward to our chats, as her knowledge is nonpareil. The whole experience would not have been the same with her. And a definite must follow on instagram!

I used Dr. Jess as my birth doula for my third baby. I had birthed all my babies with midwives but this was the first time I also had a doula. I seriously have NO idea how I ever did it without her! First of all, Dr. Jess is the loveliest, kindest, person ever with such a calm and beautiful energy. Second, she is a powerhouse of support during birth! So knowledgeable, supportive, 100% focused on everything I needed. She was a huge help to not only me, but my husband as well. Being a Naturopathic Doctor she has a huge tool belt to pull from including acupuncture, tinctures, herbs, oils and more to help with the pregnancy, birth and postpartum, plus a TON of knowledge. My birth took a very unexpected turn and Dr. Jess was a huge asset to the whole team, working beautifully with my midwives. After birth she was there to help support my recovery. I cant recommend her enough. I would never have another baby without her.
