I was quite content with living @ 52 Bayswater Place. People will be people, and not every neighbour is going to be respectable or quiet. In my opinion the Osgoode team does their best for that. The place is well kept with the hallways, lobby, laundry room and other common areas being cleaned often. The maintenance was also well done; the parking lot was cleaned a couple times a year as well as the lines repainted, and the lawn and flower beds were well maintained. It's an old building so things are going to happen, things are going to break. Water shutdowns do happen, same with the elevator (and sometimes, albeit less frequently, electric), but I found the office staff to be quite efficient when it came to notifying tenants of planned repairs. I didn't deal with the office staff often, but I did need a new window screen and the contractor was there the next day after registering the repair. A neighbour had moved in and was quite loud (throughout the wee hours even), the office staff was efficient in trying to find me a new unit. They seemed genuinely concerned with my issues and were more than willing to keep me happy, even when the new unit didn't pan out, they kept their patience and concern a priority with me. Shout out to Nicole and Megan for that. My only complaint would be about my unit: I found it hot and dry. Especially in the winter. Nothing cracking the window and a humidifier couldn't fix.

I would NEVER recommend this company. I lived here for 2 years and it was a horrible experience. The superintendents dont do anything. They dont communicate with you at all.

Recently rented from Osgoode properties and the whole experience has been so easy. Megan always responds so quickly and is polite, professional and helpful. Moving is always stressful but Megan has gone above and beyond to ensue a seamless move.

I moved into Westview Place back in August. I admit that all the negative reviews made me nervous, but I was in a situation where I needed a place. And these units fit my budget. Upon move in, I was immediately struck by how clean my unit was, how clean and quiet the building was, and how friendly the staff was. Not long after moving in, I had an issue with my smoke detector. I emailed the office and within 30 minutes, I had a new smoke detector. Almost 5 months later, and my opinion has not changed. I love my apartment and I love living in this building.
