good afternoon - I was shocked to read the negative review of the Landmark Condominium. We lived there for over 7 years and we had a positive experience. The building is completely renovated and lovely. The people who live there are very friendly and very kind. There are rules regarding paying for damage caused by tenants and noise that interferes with the enjoyment of life for all so perhaps such events would result in a negative review. Totally undeserved negative comments in my opinion.

Terrible place to live. Very unfriendly, pompous, intrusive people who are so interested in gossiping and prying into your business. Take pleasure in complaining and causing gossip and problems for others in the building. Illegal entry of units. Very little privacy as you are under a microscope, cameras everywhere you go.There is a rule for every single thing. EVERYTHING! And a board of pompous entitled residents creating new rules every day. Very toxic environment to live in and zero privacy. Lots of gossip and drama and miserable people .Sad very sad as the location is great in the summer D. Lots of other condos are lovely, but steer clear of this one!,

Delightful Community to live and enjoy life in downtown Kingston. Holly, I suppose if you and your landlord decide you're not compatible, it is tempting to blame the entire community. I can also understand you'd want to blame the entire community for being inquisitive and unkind if your guests damage the common elements and have to pay for the repairs. Regardless, we wish you all the best for a fulfilling and happy life.
