I went in for the body butter wrap. It was my first wrap so I called ahead asking what to expect. I asked what I would be wrapped in and the girl said warm towels. I was wrapped in some kind of plastic wrap. The room was cold and the towel laying over me was wet the whole time from the scrub they gave me which wasn't included in the description. They didn't give the scalp massage as it had indicated in the description as well. Nor was anything drizzled on my body. When mentioned to the estetician that i didnt get a scalp massage she said they dont do it with this treatment. When i got dressed she looked at the description on the website and told me she saw it says it on there but they dont do it. Nor do they have anything coconut which was a big appeal for me. The estetician was very friendly and kind, however I didn't get the treatment I had signed up for and for that reason I would not go back.

Hires sketchy people with no certification in their field, which is ILLEGAL, and a huge health hazard. More and more horror stories are coming out about this place. Avoid at all cost. Just look up the salon on FB, can also see posts about Snow Stunning whom they employ.

It was a very bad experience in terms of service, whether in balayage, cutting or even blow-drying. It was a different result from the picture that I asked for the color of my hair to be like. My hair was damaged and the color is not beautiful. Also, the nail service was very slow and it seemed to work for the first time because it had no experience in the profession at all. And the feet when I applied the wax mask was very hot and burned my feet. It was a bad day at the salon. I felt very sad. I do not recommend it. The important thing is not the decoration of the salon and its large size, but the professionalism of the profession and the customers satisfaction from the excellent service. Knowing that the cost is also expensive. I hope that professionalism and accuracy are truer to you
