        Despite multiple complaints filed and calls, this clinic is still refusing to give me my entire medical records that i have asked for. This is illegal behaviour and disgusting. I will be contacting CPSO and a lawyer for investigation. I changed doctors because of abuse and misdiagnosis as well as refusal of medical record release.

        I unfortunately needed to have 2 teeth extracted I'm so fortunate to have had the procedure done at the Kingston community health centers on Weller St. From the moment I called to li was treated with the utmost kindness and respect. The dentist was so gentle and patient. I have been to many dentists but she definitely tops the list. Thank you for the wonderful care I received. Jo-Anne MacDonald the procedure done at the
