Canadian Cannabis Clinics - (Online & Phone Appointments Only)

My son has severe epilepsy that is not being managed well by pills, he also has autisim which is believed to be the cause of his epilepsy as they can find no other reason for this. His appointment was scheduled I asked the time and day three times during the call to make sure I had it correct also had to fill out a form.. My husband called the day of his appointment to ask a few questions and they said they would be calling at 3pm and we could ask anything we needed to know then. Well 3pm rolled by nothing we called they said the nurse was on a call still and would call us as soon as they could we said our appointment was for 3pm they agreed... We never got a call at all!!! Next thing I know I get a email saying it's for today, our time matters just as much as yours does very rude to make us wait beside a phone for hours just for it not to ring!! Not impressed at all to say the least

If I could give you minus 10 stars I would. You call yourselves Healthcare, you should be ashamed. Thank you for making me jump through all of your hoops for an appointment I was never going to get from you. 4 times I gave my information and spoke to the rudest people.

The office is close, accessible & always tidy. The staff are friendly, efficient & helpful. Dr. Collins is well informed & very pleasant. I have had nothing but great experiences with them !
