Proactive Property Management

I moved into a place on old quarry rd. A month after moving in condensation ran down my walls and ceilings. I informed them of mold coming into my unit at the end of August. They are people that don't want to do anything for there tenants and refuse to do anything unless you get property standards involved. It's pretty bad when you have to move almost 6 months later again because the owner of old quarry is nothing but a slumlord who refuses to fix anything that is very important with the house. Never re t from these people that's for sure.

Oh boy... I dont even really know where to begin with with these guys. Issues were present from day one when I moved into a bug infested unit that reeked of a wet dog who had lived in the unit before me. To boot, there was a filthy box spring and countless other items left behind from the previous tenant. I gave Joel Thompson quite a few opportunities to fix the issues until I eventually gave up and moved on. Not just a bad landlord, a bad person. Based on Joels previous experience running businesses to the ground, Id say this one isnt far behind.

Not only does Joel seem to just get back to you when he feels like it, but he comes off as rude and disinterested. After seeing the reviews, seems I've dodged a bullet here. Update: Joel didn't like my review guys. Avoid this guy like the plague, extremely unprofessional and an awful person to try and communicate with.

I was looking into a house and wanted a viewing so I contacted the property management company (this one) and got into contact with Joel Thompson. He has been awful to work with. We first viewed the house Feb 4, and sent in the application the next day. After he recieved the application, we did not hear from him unless we contacted him. TO THIS DAY, he has not replied. This is awful business practice and terrible customer service.
