        The building is new and the appartments have all you need. The other residents on my floor and unit are calm and respectful in general. Its around 20 min by walk to Queens which is alright, but the neighborhood is not the best, but tolerable. On the other hand, the smelly carpet in the main hallways really need a deep clean. Moreover, the customer service is bad. When asking a question to the staff in the entrance, it is as if you are bothering them. The interaction is cold and very unpleasant. Although, the maintenance guy is cool and efficient.
