I lived here for over 6 months, and it has to be the place where my privacy was invaded the most. The cleanliness is also very horrible. The gym needs a lot of repairs, and so does most of the building. Some of the staff is very rude and made the foundry feel less and less like a home. Catherine being extremely rude throughout my entire stay. My apt was barged into one time with one knock at the door. I've also been sent an email where the notice of entree lasted 10 days strait. They could come in during any of those days, and people were constantly in and out of my unit for almost 2 weeks. They just let themselves in all the time for repairs to the walls that could be done in a day or two. I've been sent an email where they said they would come in for fire inspection with a 2 day window. They did not come during the 2 day window, but let themselves in a week later. I woke to a man entering my bedroom one morning. The pool is often a terrible mess of pigion poop and feathers and sometimes gets pretty green. The chairs at the pool are often a write off. It gets very disgusting. Your often swimming with the birds that live in the balconies. During the summer months, the heat and humidity is unbearable. The windows do not open more than a crack. I often had to go to the roof to cool off at night because I couldn't sleep due to the heat. The 2nd floor often reaks of pee. The 5th floor has all sorts of water damage in the halls. Half of the equipment in the gym is broken, and hasn't been repaired in the 6 months I was there. There is never any cleaning wipes to wipe the equipment down. People leave equipment all over the floor. The first floor has been vacated because of a black mould problem that extends to units above that floor. Most of the walls have been cut into looking for more. Much of the first floors common areas are out of bounds at this time and have been for months. After I moved out, I've found silverfish in most of my belongs. They live in places with water problems, and this building is infested with them. I would avoid living here. It's luxury pricing, but an awful place to live.

Rental staff was very helpful from beginning to end! Stayed from 2021 to 2023 and shared with 3other students. Amazing experience! Family for life. When ever we had a problem maintenance was quick to respond. Was easy to get assistance through portal what a good idea. Building had a few issues due to age and needs carpets in the hall de-stinkafied we had to sit with an umbrella over our heads when going to the bathroom because the idiots upstairs didnt use a shower curtain Again maintenance helped us with the mess. Overall we had a great time living here.
