        Process to obtain medical assistance was easy; took a bit longer than anticipated, but I did receive a call back from Phycian who was very personable and helpful. The pharmacist at Frontenac IDA went above and beyond to help me out; very professional, friendly and beyond helpful. Thank you so very much. Highly recommend this pharmacy and this methodology of receiving medical assistance.

        Ridiculous. Waited for over 30 ish minutes and still wasnt able to see the virtual doctor who is supposed to make give RE-prescription for birth control pills for the wife The gentleman at the counter knows I was frustrated with the unnecessary wait time as there was no one else but us in there. Total waste of time. Going online for prescription or any walk in clinic is by far better than reaching out their virtual clinic.
