I can't say enough about this Pilates class and how it has helped me turn the corner during my rehab from hip surgery. Nothing else seemed to work, but not only has Pilates improved my mobility for my hip, but my strength for every muscle in my body has improved, as well as my balance, endurance and mental focus acuity. Donna keeps the pace moving, but is cognizant of everyone's limitations and personal situation, and she tailors each move to align with each participants' capabilities. You can choose whatever option is best for you. She is positive, upbeat, fun and extremely knowledgeable about muscle groups, ligaments, joints and all things anatomical!! Her depth of knowledge of pilates moves as well as stretching, strength and overall body and mind general well-being is vast. Each class offers something different, so it is never routine. I leave class feeling so relaxed, yet pleasantly fatigued. The hour flies by. I have tried yoga, and tai chi in the past, but this is the answer for me. Highly recommend.

Ive done classes with Donna for the last 5 years. She is such a knowledgeable, patient and positive person . Her classes have really helped me maintain my core strength, health and overall positive mindset. Donna also offers a personal 12 week program which helped me through a very difficult time. A friend of ours introduced us to Pilates and to Donna and we have been grateful to both from day one. It is a class we look forward to attending every week it provides us with mind-body exercise. Every class is a new routine and addresses whatever our needs may be releases fatigue, tension, and increases our energy level. We highly recommend these classes Donna makes it a great way to start the day.
