I attended the advanced level Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) course with Cheryl in April and it truly was, without embellishing in the slightest, an amazingly transformative weekend. Cheryl's energy is so radiant and positive and it is truly a gift to the world that she has been living her truth and sharing her gifts with others. The weekend was the first of many workshops I will take with Cheryl and I made some soul sister friends as well. I cannot recommend Cheryl enough for all of your holistic needs, she is patient, kind, and so intuitive and she walks in her purpose with all that she does. I have attended two of Cheryls classes and look forward to continuing. The art of simply breathing correctly is something that I already find a huge tool to turn to. The fight or flight shallow breathing vs breathing using your entire lungs has certainly made a difference for me. That breathing along with the guided meditation has made me realize how much stress I was holding. I am extremely grateful that our paths crossed and that Cheryls quiet explanations of how these techniques work has helped center me. Thank you Cheryl.

Recently I did Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Integrated Energy Therapy training with Cheryl Hiebert. The experience was one of the most transformational weekends of my life As an energy practitioner, I was so excited about the shifts I witnessed in others during the training, and especially within myself. It really demonstrated the healing potential of this modality. With each attunement, new layers of healing were made conscious - it was powerful and emotional - in all the right ways Cheryl was well-prepared, welcoming and supportive throughout the entire weekend. She explained the modality thoroughly at each stage, giving clear and concise instructions. By the end of the training, I felt confident that I was ready to do a complete session for a client. Cheryls kindness and compassion make her an exceptional teacher. Its clear shes deeply intuitive - noticing the smallest of details that will help her students feel more at ease and confident in what they are learning. I really resonated with her beautiful energy, and was overcome with gratitude on the drive home each day as I processed all that she had shared with me. The shifts in my life have been drastic since completing the training. Its so apparent to me that what Cheryl is sharing with the world is changing lives all over the place. Cheryl helped me in so many ways over the course of a few years during a very dark time in my life. Im in a MUCH better place than I was and she was a very big part of believing in myself and making positive changes in my life. I miss her and can't wait until I can see her in person to give her a big hug. Until then I'll be seeing her online.

Seldom will you meet someone who has so many tools to support wellness. You will undoubtedly find just the support you need on your life journey. In addition to all her knowledge and skill, Cheryl is a delightful human being!
