Fido (Available in the Rogers store)

The sales associate Scott was amazing. He helped us a lot, ensured we received the best deals and even went out of his way to make sure that was the case. There is a security process that includes us to wait outside and look in the camera to ensure associate and customer safety, and we really appreciated it.

You have to wait outside in the cold for your turn! And this is with the store close to empty, 2 customers and 2 workers. The office is big enough to have people wait inside. And for the safety excuse, there is a TD couple shops farther and they dont make their customers wait outside. Fido and Rogers customer service standards get lower and lower

They wont let you in even to sit and wait, I am standing in front of the door in the freezing cold because she just mentioned to me that they are at full capacity and they cant let anyone in even to sit and wait! Seriously have they have ever heard of customer service!
