Rogers

I had a problem with my data not working outside of wifi areas. I was on call with Rogers call center for hours literally * waiting for 30 mins, on call for 30 - 40 mins* troubleshooting the issue with no resolution. After a few days, i visited this store at The Boardwalk. THe manager in training Mr. Devon (Devontri) was there and immediately checked for VPN restrictions and figured out the problem. The data wont work with a remote VPN installed it seems. He fixed the settings and my data is working again. Also to get any other service it is better to go on a working day during day time as weekend/evenings get busy and with only one person manning the store the waits can be frustrating. Awesome service.

You folks are SO DIFFICULT to deal with! The goalposts change EVERY time I talk to you. I honestly don't know why I bother to stay with Rogers.

Impeccable service! Michael the store manager was very kind and understanding of all my needs. He was patient and walked me through all the steps needed to transfer my services. We is Rogers wizard!! I would highly recommend popping by if you are in the market for internet or mobility.

Drove there with little time I had only to be greeted by a sign that says be back at 4:00, I got there at 2:50 by the way. If youre going to close shop that long you need to have it listed online so people dont waste time and gas money thinking that youre open. Update, January 3rd. Arrived at 3 only to see another sign that says be back at 3:45. If you are going to man the store with only 1 person and they will be gone for an hour, please update the store hours to reflect that hour where the store is closed. Do you people have any idea how much of people's time you're wasting?
