The worst rogers store I visited. Only 2 reps were there in the store and the asked customers to wait outside the store in cold weather. The problem is they are taking more than half n hour with one customer and voila they dont even care you just wait outside in cold.

I have been with Rogers for quite long time. Having been experiencing with Roger's service several times, I would say this time is the best experience ever. Scott was really helpful, professional, straight-forward and honest with what available or not. He found the one I was expecting and better! Thumbs up for Scott's hard work. I am really happy with my visit.

Worst customer service. They keep the front door locked and only page customers to enter when they have enough staff to service customers, despite the weather. Other locations dont do that. If the other location had the device specs I required I would have spent my money there. Top it all off, they dont even make up for it with friendliness or smiles.

Went to Rogers to get a new cell phone. Door was locked and had to have my photo taken by a camera outside for safety reasons. Have no problem with this policy as it keeps customers safe too. Scott gave me amazing customer servce. He contacted another location for the phone I wanted and had it delivered that within a couple of hours. He explained all the details of my new plan.and.found all offers that we're being given. He showed me some accessories foe the phone. He transfered everything from my old phone.very quickly. Scott was very helpful.and friendly. Would definitely use this locationagain.

Had the best service at this store from Scott. Dont bother going to any other Rogers store - go see Scott. He knows what hes doing, has the right answers, doesnt mind spending the time to do the job you need done or find the answers to your questions. Friendly, funny and professional. No, Im not his mom, just a customer whos tired of people who dont know what theyre talking about and Im so excited to have my Rogers guy to fix me up when needed. Go to the Highland store and ask for Scott (shout out to Brian there too ;)
