Away often for weeks, booking appointments months ahead, office empty, but claiming is busy. Argumentative, not helpful. No messages allowed, staff not friendly and uninformed.

Contacted them one time for my grandmother , who was planned to get breast cancer removal surgery. A few days before her surgery , she got a flu and wanted to get it checked out incase it could cause complications with her upcoming surgery. The receptionist told me " this is not an emergency" and was only giving me an appointment 3 weeks out , after her surgery...... . As others have mentioned , there are too many rules at this doctors office. But aside from that, be prepeared to be told that you dont matter , and be told what is and isnt an emergency. You are better off just not having a doctor.

Beenish Khan is a FHO doctor who charges you for attending a walk in clinic, but does not provide appointment dates closer than 1 month out. As a resolve, sends patients to the Emergency Department at the Hospital for routine concerns (i.e. a runny nose). She does not show up to appointments, and does not notify patients ahead of time that she will not be attending. There is no apology and no follow up appointments are scheduled for infant immunizations. Her professional demeanor is argumentative and condescending. The high turnover of nurses and administrative staff is indicative of how the office is run and the client experience will be.
