Holly is by far one of the best real estate agents. She always got back to us to so quickly that we weren't even prepared for her answer back. She is very knowledgeable about what she does and truly wants the best for her clients. She was always at the appointment first and was giving us tips on what to look for. She makes you feel so comfortable and is happy to talk more with you. Can't recommend her enough

An off-handed comment to my sister about buying her house turned into reality and Holly played a major role in making this happen for us! We decided to buy my sisters house privately, but to do so we needed to sell our house, one that we had lived in for almost 23 years. We honestly didn't even really know where to begin. Holly was amazing in helping us get the house ready for listing. She told us what we needed to do, what we should do and what we did not have worry about. Along with Martha (from the staging company that is included when we listed with Holly!) our very lived in, packed full of stuff home turned into a house that looked stunning! Holly was gentle with her recommendations, and could tell when we were getting over-whelmed with the process and the chaos we were going through. Holly would answer our text messages or emails quickly and never left us wondering what to do next. She also never made us feel dumb for asking questions about the entire moving process. She understood how much anxiety and all the emotions we were feeling, we were leaving the only home our boys ever knew! We were listing the house right as the market was doing a huge shift (if only I had talked to my sister months before!) and we had to decide what to list the house for. It was a difficult time to decide on a price as the fluctuation in the market was crazy! Holly, along with her broker advised us on pricing and how to best advertise the house etc. Our house hit the market on a Monday morning at 7am. We had our first (and only) showing that afternoon and before the day was done we had a firm offer for our full asking price. Holly was spot on with her price suggestion and there are still homes sitting on the market from when we listed our house (and they keep having to lower their asking price). We ran into one hiccup, the day before closing when our purchaser was having trouble with his place closing and there for a possible funding issue. Holly called me and first thing said, "Don't' panic but..." Of course, I panicked! I didn't even want to tell my husband as he didn't need the added stress. Holly was calm and told me to stay positive and explained what was going on with all the details she could. She contacted our lawyer etc. and took care of everything. Fortunately, the buyer of our property was amazing to deal with and had a back up plan and everything worked out. I highly recommend Holly! She is honest, trustworthy and truly is there for her clients. She doesn't sugar coat the bad, but explains how things can and may go. I truly believe it was her knowledge and understanding of the market shift is what helped us get our place sold, even with the announced interest rate hikes and possible recession. If you are looking for someone to help you sell or find a home, do yourself a favor and meet with Holly. We are so glad that she was there with us throughout the entire process.
