I am very disappointed that I trusted this company as much as I did. I thought I knew them well enough to trust them with my car repairs. WRONG! Trust no one!!!! I brought my car to them for a bunch of work. They called and said my alignment would take a few extra hours because everything was ceased. Cool! Well, I was charged for all the labour and now my car is with a new mechanic. They NEVER did an alignment. It's very evident that no bolts were touched and I was given no paperwork whatsoever for this work They claimed to do on my car. So now a simple alignment is going to cost me $3200 because they caused my issues to get even bigger. I trusted the work was done. I am very disappointed to say the least!!!!!!

These folks are awesome. I've had my old putput for almost 4 years and I've tried six shops in the area. I ask a lot of questions and don't know cars well and they are always SO KIND to me. I've had some crummy experiences with sexism and other things at other shops but these folks always make me feel welcome and supported and provide clear information on the front end. Definitely think I have found my forever mechanic's! Services: Wheel alignment, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change, Steering & suspension repair, Brake service & repair

Lol if anyone loves their car and want it to be loved by the workers too, then go to this garage. I got my exhaust changed and serviced, my car is now more powerful and now it sounds a lot better! Will do more upgrades in my car from these guys! Literally the best under-the-body car work in KW area!
