I was very disappointed with your service. I have a double driveway and after the first time snow was removed on one side. Eleven hundred dollars and multiple emails and phone calls and nothing changed. City sidewalk wasnt salted, shovelling was a mess never completed. For what you charge I expected much more. My mistake paying for the season at the start. Another senior rip off!

Like several of the reviews we are extremely disappointed in the service we received. This is our first year getting snow removal from Wendell and the pictures attached show what our driveway and sidewalk looks like after they come. They are very good at taking off the top layer of snow, which on some winter days is helpful, but they leave a thick layer above the pavement, which we have to remove by hand.

This is our first winter contracting a snow removal service. We have been very pleased with Wendell. They have been prompt and professional, and very responsive when I have contacted them. They are always willing to send the tractor back to clear the snow left on the driveway when we were unable to move the vehicles before hand. I would certainly recomend them. Service: Lot clearing
