Was busy and never got a chance to write a review till now. We were dealing with Mark to sell our condo few years back and I gotta tell you from first meeting all the way throughout the process of taking photos and video to selling and closing the deal was just perfect. Mark is very knowledgeable, patient and very helpful when it comes to sell or buy real estate. I would definitely recommend him to anyone asking me to recommend a real estate agent. Thank you

We started working with Michael Salerno in January 2021 in search of a new home. We decided to work with Mike because we just knew we could trust him with the biggest purchase of our lives. Our home search lasted 6 months and we viewed close to 40 homes together. We were very specific in the location and type of property we wanted which Mike very much respected as he did not try to suggest other areas or homes that did not fit our needs. After 3 months of viewing homes we were ready to put in an offer. At the time it was a sellers market so we acted quickly to submit an offer before the offer date. Mike worked tirelessly negotiating with the selling agent but in the end another buyer stepped in with a higher offer. We were utterly heartbroken and exhausted but Mike insisted that we would find another house that we would love even more. And Mike could not have been more right!! After another grueling 3 months of searching we had found it! It was everything we wanted and more. Mike did all the due diligence to make sure our offer was strong and was in constant communication with the seller. He was so personally invested in the deal. I still remember when he called us to give us the good news that we had purchased the house of our dreams! He was just as excited as we were. Mike may not have many years experience in real estate but based on his knowledge, patience and relationships with other agents I would not work with anyone else. We had the perfect result and I recommend him to everyone I know so he can make their dreams of homeownership come true too!
