I went to Live Lash Love after having just moved to London and needing to find a new lash salon. After my initial appointment for a full set, I had a few issues (one of the two being my own fault) and was upset enough to email the business asking about it. The owner contacted me within a day and offered a more than generous solution. I went back the next day and Alyssa (same tech I originally had) was great and kindly addressed the issues for me. I left quite pleased with the set and will definitely continue going back for fills. Great customer service! EDIT- I just was back in for a fill and to go from a volume set to mega volume. Zhanna did an AMAZING job. By far my favourite lash set Ive ever had, and Ive been getting lash extensions for years. I showed her reference photos and she did above and beyond. Absolutely amazing! I've never had eyelash extensions before and the girls at Live Love Lash answered all my questions and concerns before we started. The atmosphere was very relaxed and comfortable and the entire experience was lovely. I had an issue where the lashes on my one side didn't stay on very well and many had fallen out after a few days. They were very understanding when I called and got me an appointment the same day to fix up my lashes at no extra cost. I can't wait to go back for my next fill and I highly recommend Live Love Lash! I went to an appointment here about a month ago for a full set of volume lashes. I had a 6pm appointment and when I arrived the service was not welcoming. This was my first time going there and I didnt know who my artist was. Walked in and stood there like an idiot not knowing where to stand and wait or if I should take my shoes off or anything. The lady who I eventually found out was my artist was sitting on her phone waited for another lady who was busy lashing, to stop and tell me to go over to the other girls bed. She did not speak great English, did not introduce herself, barely even greeted me. She did not ask what kind of lashes I wanted and honestly didnt speak a word to me the entire appointment. She was on the phone multiple times speaking another language and then when I was done she just walked away. Never said bye, thank you, see you later aha not a single word. I wasnt a huge fan of my lashes. To be fair, I think they were applied great and they did last long. However, they were not the intensity of the volumes I had been used to. I was not wanting to return to my artist so I messaged the Instagram page asking if I could get a mega fill on my volume set and if changing the artist would come with a fee. The page read my message and never responded. I was honestly going to go back to this place and I did have an appointment booked but because they ignored my message I cancelled. I think as a business who promotes messaging them on Instagram they shouldnt open messages without the intention of responding. I would also make sure new clients did not go to the lady I had, that in itself could drive someone to never return. Service: Eyelash extensions
