I asked for just the ends trimmed, maybe a bit of layering (she made the top layer VERY SHORT which does not work for curly hair). I lost half my length and the layers do NOT look good. I cannot wear my hair curly or straight and it looks ridiculous in a ponytail. I wish the stylist had listened to my request.
