Can't pay at the pump, have to pre pay inside. Then return inside to get the receipt. Waste of time.

Although the attendant was friendly, this location does not honor the CAA membership discount and made me wait 10 minutes to the side only to tell me I wont be getting a discount. Waste of time and poor communication.

They will not let me use my airmiles points to pay for my gas but every other shell will let me do it! What's the point of collecting points when they won't let you use them!!!

Used to be my favorite shell. Recently I came to know that the management has changed. Under this new management, I expected a better experience, figured out I am wrong. Most of the people are rude and arrogant. They don't value you. Especially the guy named JAWAD. Oh boy, don't do this to your customers, if they don't get served well, they won't come to you. He doesn't want to ask Airmiles points card, he is always rush you to complete transactions and go away. Because he wanna use his phone. Don't want to upsell, inform new carwash deals and give you airmiles points. Oh Jawad, there were extremely awesome people at this position before and just because of you and your new colleagues i had to write this 0 stars review. 0 stars to customer service. 5 stars if you don't go in. 5 stars to gas.
