Yet another Time I come to this location and the staff refuse to serve a customer This time staff member was too busy watching at TV series and did not want to get bothered so he told us to leave And that they are closed When you come here your pants of getting served is really 25% because 3 out of 4 times they're gonna turn you away

5:00 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon I pull up to the pumps to fill up my car which is very empty. My plan is to fill it completely with premium. A garbled voice comes over the speaker on the pump telling me I have to prepay??? I have no idea what the total will be I just want to fill my tank up and be a customer. I gladly got back in my car and drove to a gas station around the corner that wants my business. If businesses have a problem with people taking off without paying they should utilize their cameras and the law to deal with it.I prefer shells premium fuel but I will no longer be a customer here or anywhere I have to prepay just to be a customer. I went down 2 blocks to a husky station that is FULL service that was actually 1.9/L cents cheaper!

Been coming to this Shell for 8 years now and ever since they put the bullet proof glass in there's no room on the counter to put your stuff a Gatorade bottle won't even fit under the window it's extremely inconvenient and annoying. And I went there yesterday and was on my Segway and asked for a bag to carry my 2 drinks in and the cashier said I had to pay for this brown paper bag with no handles or anything and wouldn't do me any good what so ever!
