Hi. I frequent this shell regularly for gas, smokes or a Redbull in the morning. With out fail the clerk will either ring in two of an item and let me know that it's cheaper to buy two, ask repeatedly to the point of arguing, or will even ask if I'm already buying two of an item. I get it. You want to upsell. It comes off as really pushy and frankly sleezy. Your staff are doing what they are told to a fault. I now avoid the location after seeing the same people every day, remind them that Im buying one of an item and still have to be forced into a drawn out conversation to check off a long list of asks to purchase one item from the store. Its off putting and over the top. Please calm down with the high pressure sales, you're pushing away more business than getting mulit item purchases. I did send in the details to shells website. This auto reply indescriminately on all comments is not helpful.
