        Do not stay here! Extremely overpriced, not worth it. The staff is extremely rude, especially front desk worker Zoe. They made multiple mistakes during my stay but ended up charging me for their mistake as well as scolding me for having my dog with me when it's a PET FRIENDLY hotel. Rooms : 1/5 | Service : 1/5 | Location : 1/5 More

        The parking lot is full of potholes! The owner really needs to make this a high priority to get it properly resurfaced with fresh asphalt right away. The hotel rates are definitely on the high side for a midweek stay. If I visit London, Ontario again I would definitely look for cheaper more affordable hotel rates. I would not stay at the Townplace Suites because their rates are too high in my opinion! Food & drinks: Good
