        Not happy at all with this company or with Adriana V. I missed a payment on my insurance and reached out to Adriana to see what my options were. Without checking for me she gave me a random answer that the insurance company would send me a letter in rhe mail indicating different ways to make this payment. A couple days later I wake up to this payment being taken from account once again. For a broker that is my only point of contact for my insurance I find this unacceptable. Very disappointed and I DO NOT recommend.
