Absolutely worst service! Do not get car insurance with these people, after trying for weeks to put my car on park and hastling them to give me insurance they put my car on park. But when i had to take it out they had to switch my plan and charge me double for what i was paying without notice to any charge!!! Horrible company and horrible customer service

I wish I could add minus star to that company. Avoid dealing with these brokers. When I wanted to switch company in the end of my term, agent would not answer my calls or e-mails until new term started and it was too late (Agent Steven). Each time I needed to reach agent, you have to chaise him around for a few days before he answers. After I asked to switched agent, it was no better. I asked to give me an estimate to add my daughter to car insurance, took 2 weeks and multiple calls to make them actually start to move. Recently I changed cars and asked how much insurance will change, agent (Beatriz) laughed at me so much, like I was stand up comedian, didn't provided me any information, and again, had to make multiple calls to make them moving. Worse experience with insurance so far.
