Crosslands General Insurance

Crosslands General Insurance Brokers has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Greg Roy was my broker and he was impossible to get a hold through call or emails. I was moving and requested a quote from Grey Roy about what my new policy would be and he never responded to many calls and emails. I asked to cancel because he wouldn't respond and he just replied with the forms. I was then charged $375.00 for early cancellation by Intact when I left when the issue was on Gregs end. I reached out to John Charno who provided the same nonexistent customer service as Greg. He stopped replying to calls and emails as well. Don't get sucked in by the cheap rates at the start, because the customer service will end as soon as they get your money.

Go someplace else. Customer service is non-existent. Once Kelly and Nancy left things drastically deteriorated. Calls not returned, not for hours or even days; months or never at all. I wasn't a client for a short period either. I paid for 20 years with never a claim. Could rant about the issues I had in my last few years as a client but what really irked me was when I moved to another province that has government insurance and I had to leave. Two years of calling and emailing to try and get a client history report to get rightfully earned premiums have gone nowhere. Go elsewhere seriously.

The team at Crosslands were able to provide me with insurance coverage when I was in a bind. Very effective communication and customer service, I would recommend Crosslands to anyone shopping around!
