    The manager and employees standing talking , neglecting to check the emails to acknowledge customers that their jewelry estimated after been sent to the repair, I sent a bracelet for little repair begging of November and the girl mentiond needs 3 weeks and she said the estimated price to repair is around $60 , I agreed .. End of November after 4 weeks I stoped , I did not hear from them by email or phone , to met a very rude guy and unprofessional to tell me that he is waiting for my approval about the $60 to fix , I was in shock , and he suppose to send an email to the customers to acknowledge them but he did not ... I asked for the manager ! And he started to gave me faces and attitudes without any apology for the irresponsible behaviors and poor customer service because I asked to see the manager ; but he said ;will rash the service !! After 2 weeks I got a call to pick up and I went to pay to discover that the place which was broken the is the same and if I push my nail on the breakage area ( which was supposed soldered) Ill break it again ! I asked for the manager , she was rude and she was upset because Iam not accepting the wrong service and Iam not happy , and I asked to Solder it well !! the same rude guy starting to comment about my cross I wore and my religion and insisted that it was good !! I asked either to be done well before Xmas or take my bracelet some where else to be fixed . The manager : we cant !! and I have to wait another funny 3 weeks Means to solder a small dint needs 2 /3 month or more with this irresponsible rude staff and very poor customer service ! I dont recommend this place for any body

    Worst experience ever. Customer Service is absolutely terrible. Ordered my ring in July, didnt get the ring until December ( was told September ) and when I went to pick up the ring I ordered it was missing a stone. The girl that gave me the ring said it was really nice and nothing was wrong with it and called me crazy because I was crying and freaking out. She then had to re look at the ring and said that I was right and it was in fact missing a diamond. She sent it out to her repair man, and had it repaired. 6 months later I had to bring the ring back to the store to get an inspection and cleaning done to be up with their warranty. Once the inspection and cleaning was done, the girl gave the ring back. I looked at it, and the same diamond that was missing to begin with was missing AGAIN. The girl went to the cleaning machine and ended up finding the diamond in the machine. They said they could send it out to have the repair man put the diamond back in with adding more gold to the prongs. The ring came back looking absolutely terrible and nothing compared to how it was sent out. The diamond doesnt shine because of how much gold they put in that area and it just looks as if there is a space between the diamonds. The girl asked if the girl who sold the ring to me in first place did she ask what you do for a living ? I said no ? Why would this have anything to do with what I do for a living. I havent wore the ring for more than 5 months ? And if there blaming me for the diamond falling out , why didnt it fall out before the cleaning ? I have taken great care of this ring, and to me this is poor craftsmen-ship. She is refusing to replace the ring, and wont even stand by the products she is selling as she even said the ring was poorly made. I would not recommend this place what so ever.
