Our experience with TLC has been fantastic from start to finish. John Bright created a design for our front and back yard that totally aligned with what we were looking for and the finished job exceeded our expectations. John was extremely responsive throughout the entire process with great communication the whole way. Stefan and his team did a great job landscaping the backyard and Jeff and his team were excellent with the front and side yard landscaping. We are thrilled with how everything turned out. Both teams were professional, on time, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. We will definitely work with TLC for all our future landscaping and maintenance needs, and highly recommend them to anyone interested in quality landscaping services! Our experience with TLC has been excellent from start to finish. They completed driveway, lawns, gardens and backyard patios for our new build approximately 4 years ago. We were excited about the proposed design plan and literally blown away by the finished result. Everyone we dealt with was professional, responsive and friendly. Over the last 4 years there have been minor issues that were dealt with quickly and effectively. Just this week we took advantage of the 5 year warranty on patio installation. We had the patios installed less than a year after the build so obviously there was the potential for further settling. We noticed a couple of areas where the patio blocks had settled, not extreme but bothered us. With no questions asked a crew came out and repaired these areas, and the result was fantastic. You get what you pay for in this world, in the case of TLC, you get more than you pay for.
