June 1, 2022 They do not do the job they were asked to do, I asked that they overseed my back lawn and Aerate the whole back lawn, They came when I wasn't home, found the receipt in mail box.for 193.11. I checked the back lawn They did overseed i saw that. as for the Aerating the whole back lawn there was four plugs on the ground . and No more so obviously they did not do as asked . I called to complain about them not aerating the Whole back lawn, they said it was done and I must pay the 193.11. I said ID pay for the overseeding as that was clearly completed. but the aeration wasn't and I will Not pay for that, they continually call or Email looking for the full amount. I told them I have had to hire another more responsible lawn care company that does what is asked . I would NOT recommend this company to any of my friends or family Service: Grass seeding

I had a very bad experience with this company. I found about them through the internet. I called them up, the lady who answered the phone was not very friendly but gave me all the details I needed. I was told that I will be receiving an email a day before the first visit, I received a phone call instead telling me that they will be coming the following day which was supposed to be a Friday and I happened to be going out of town for the whole weekend and I suggested to postpone the first visit till the following week. I ieft town early Friday morning and later that day I received a phone call from one of the technicians that works for the company saying that we visited your property and did the required work in your yard. I was really upset because that wasn't what we agreed on and I didn't want them to enter my property while I'm gone. I called them up and the same lady that I talked to the first time answered the phone, she was not nice at all and I requested to speak to the manager I was told that the manager was busy and she will call me as soon as she's free. I didn't hear from her until Tuesday when she sent me an email and started apologizing about what happened and she said that she will be calling me the following day which she did and tried to explain that there were miscommunication among the employees and they didn't get the right message that I don't want them to come that Friday. She was really nice and understanding person unlike the one I talked to the first time I contacted the company. She actually decided not to charge me for the work they did on Friday and she asked me not to hesitate to send her an email if I needed to continue dealing with them. I thought it over and decided to give them another chance, so I sent her an email asking her some questions about reconsidering dealing with them, but she never replied. I sent her a reminder then she had someone else to send me an email saying that I've been told by them earlier that the manager is busy and she goes out on the sites to check the work done by the company's technicians. But she was the one who asked me not to hesitate to drop her an email if I needed to reconsider dealing with them. This really put me off and made me decide not to deal with them again. These people need to organize themselves.
