I hired Pete and Sue on a recommendation of a friend that told me he hired Pete and Sue, that his house had been sold for more than asking a few years ago by them. I am totally pleased that I listened to his advise. Both Pete and Sue are friendly and professional, with many years selling experience behind them, an incredibly good team to work with. They did an excellent job, and I certainly was surprised and excited that I had a great offer the same day it was listed and I ended up getting full asking price because of Pete's negotiation skills. My house went from a Coming Soon sign to Sold in less than a week! I have no regrets hiring Pete and Sue Leblanc , and I highly recommend them, they are a top notch realtor team.

Pete and Sue were excellent. Pete always made time for the wife and I. He always put our availability over his own for showing houses, he even put in an offer in for us at 11pm on a Friday just so we wouldn't miss out on it.

Without a doubt Pete and Sue is a professional team that helped us to purchase a single detached house in London. We are particularly impressed with their efforts in coordinating various London property viewings very efficiently as we need to drive 2 hours from Toronto each time for the viewing. Their promptness in email correspondence and their objective input in the property prices and property conditions are key factors to purchasing our dream home in a relatively short time frame. During this challenging time of Covid pandemic, Pete and Sue also took heed to observe the face mask protocol.

Communication by various means was regular and response time immediate. Petes ability to identify pros & cons in assessing value is rock solid. I always felt I had a trusted partner and friend, who I could rely on to protect my interests. I thought I had a good handle on the market, what and where I wanted to buy, but it was their intimate knowledge of the city combined with truly understanding what would make me happy, that led me to an area that hadnt been on my radar screen.
