Helen has helped us buy and sell several homes over the past 11 years. We have been in our current home almost 4 years now and have no plans to sell, yet she still stays in touch, sends Christmas cards, and checks in on our family. Helen helped us find the perfect condo for our son who is in university at Western. She was very knowledgeable about the market, the areas around the university and which buildings were desirable. She took the time to go through listings before sending them to us so that our time was well spent. Because we werent in London, she would video chat with us as she walked through condos and we could trust her to point out any issues, and always made us feel as if we were right there seeing the condo in person. She was very patient throughout the process. Even after the purchase, she went above and beyond to help us out before our son moved to London. We couldnt be happier.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Helen. As first time home buyers, the thought of purchasing a home in the current market was extremely daunting. We didnt think we could do it.
