I was suddenly denied on my mortgage application two weeks before I was supposed to take possession of my new house. Needless to say I was freaking out! I spent an afternoon and contacted 15 mortgage brokers, Michelle Ashton was the last one on my list that I contacted and the first one to come back with an approval. She was quick to process everything and very professional throughout. I would highly recommend her to anybody looking for a mortgage!
