Honestly one of the best doctors out there, very thorough with his examinations and really takes the time to make sure he covers all aspects in the eye exam, health, issues, prescriptions, etc. Ive had a few eye emergencies as well and he was able to resolve them for me without having to go to ER, even on weekends. His treatments have worked for me every time. He is also very kind and attentive, issues or no issues this is the optometrist and person I would highly recommend!

Worst service ever a doctor who has no consideration for any patient take me as an exemple after two weeks of waiting and canceling my appointment with a different clinic I chose to book an appointment with this doctor no screening was done to me they asked me to come Saturday which I did after reaching I was asked if I was diabetic and I said yes then suddenly I see this so called Doctor coming and telling the lady who was filling my personal info [reschedule her ] to him I am a number am not a human being who left his personal obligation to come see him then I was asked to come after one month this place is the worst ever and I strongly recommend you dont seek service if I could give less than one star I would

Dr. Elkassem is a fantastic optometrist! The best I have seen across multiple cities. He takes the time to explain different aspects of the exam to you and why some lenses may be clearer for you than others. He provides plenty of time to ask any questions yet is very efficient with his exam. Will definitely be back and highly recommend this clinic!
