        BLUESTONE PROPERTIES WHERE ONE TENANTS GARBAGE BINS ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN ANOTHER TENANTS ABILITY TO PARK VEHICLES AT THE REAR OF MY SHOP I signed my shop lease to include air conditioning. They installed the biggest ac to go with the furnace in the unit. But is not capable of cooling the entire unit. They took a shortcut hoping it would work and it does not. I am extremely dissatisfied However, perhaps the entire furnace should have been replaced with an appropriate AC unit attached to that? Just because its the biggest AC unit to go with THAT furnace does not mean it meets the requirements for slightly over 2000sq feet.
